Creatures of Habitat: A Gazillion-Piece Animal Adventure: This one-of-a-kind exhibition (which pops up at different points throughout the zoo) features sculptures of exotic and native Utah animals created from just LEGO® bricks. The world’s first certified LEGO® professional, Sean Kenney, designed and handcrafted each animal sculpture.

Animal Encounters: Kids will love the chance for some up close interactions with these zoo-favorite animals like purple-tongued giraffes and tropical birds. Giraffe feedings cost $49 and last up to half an hour. A rainforest feeding encounter will run you just $29.

Conservation: Utah’s Hogle Zoo is a proud proponent of wildlife conservation on local, national, and international levels. The zoo offers several programs designed to educate visitors about how they can aid in the conservation cause with small actions in the home. The zoo also offers plenty of volunteer opportunities for interested parties.

Hours

Utah’s Hogle Zoo is open every day of the year except Christmas and New Year’s Day. From March 1 – October 31st, the zoo is open from 9 a.m. until 6:30 p.m. Starting November 1st through February 28th the zoo will be open to visitors from 9 a.m. until 5 p.m.
